Marina Testino is a creative director, sustainability advocate and strategic leader using fashion as a platform to inspire positive environmental change.
She is Director of Strategic Partnerships at Earth Partner, Sustainability Editor at Beyond Noise, a contributor to Vogue Mexico, a member of the Advisory Council at The Climate Museum, and an established creator, connector and strategist in the space of conscious consumerism. Bringing a multidimensional approach to climate-conscious storytelling and brand transformation, Marina helps fashion brands, tech investors and consumers alike move towards a much-needed reset for the fashion industry, building integrated strategies that align sustainability with relevance and reach.
Through bold, visually driven campaigns, Marina challenges conventional ideas around consumption, encouraging people to rethink their relationship with clothing and the planet. Over the past decade, she has become known for initiatives including #OneDressToImpress, which challenged outfit repetition stigma by wearing the same suit for 60 days, and #YellowLikeALemon, a campaign promoting her "4 Ss of Conscious Fashion": simplify, share, shop second-hand and sustainably sourced. Her work demonstrates that conscious living can be colourful, creative and aspirational without compromising on style.
Working at the intersection of fashion, art and environmental advocacy, Marina collaborates with creatives, scientists and organisations to make complex sustainability issues more accessible through visual storytelling. Her latest initiative, #AquariumOfTheWorld, brings together artists, activists and conservation experts to raise awareness of the Gulf of California and inspire collective action to help protect one of the world's most biodiverse marine ecosystems.
