About Faye Glynne-Percy
Faye Glynne-Percy founded Bespoke Future House after years spent on both sides of hiring. She has represented actors, researched board appointments, recruited for early-career roles, advised employers, and mentored hundreds of young professionals. She knows how decisions are made in rooms candidates rarely enter.
At twenty, Faye established and ran Fetch, Mad Dog Casting’s actors’ agency division, while at university.
She later moved into board and C-suite executive search in financial services. In commercial recruitment she became a director, managing consultant, and shareholder of a Sloane Square boutique, building a desk from nothing.
Her route was not a tidy ladder. She completed a fast-tracked first-class honours degree while navigating dyslexia and ADHD, worked as professional sailing crew, and sailed more than 15,000 offshore nautical miles, including Atlantic crossings. She lives between London and Hampshire with her husband James, their daughter Ottilie, and their dog, Vino.
Faye did not begin her career with the finished method in The House Career Bible. Earlier versions of its steps helped her examine the route she had taken and build Bespoke Future House; she has returned to them at later turning points. She knows what it is to be good at work that may not be good for you. Her mentoring is warm and non-judgemental, with commercial experience behind it. She wants young people to understand the choices available to them, the culture behind a company’s front door, and the working life they are trying to build. Her ultimate aim is genuine freedom of choice.
