An podcast exploring life's biggest questions, a page turning novel and a neighbourhood bakery are rituals she swears by, Cressida Bonas’s favourites reflect her warm, curious and quietly stylish approach to life. Rooted in family, creativity and finding joy in the everyday, her selections blend comfort with discovery. Here, Cressida shares a handful of things she is loving right now.
Favourite Book
'My Friends' by Fredrik Backman. I adored this book. It's a beautifully written story about friendship, grief and love that completely drew me in. I laughed, I cried, and I became so invested in the characters that I didn't want it to end.
Favourite Vitamin
Sisterly the science-backed multivitamin. I've never been very good at keeping up with a complicated supplement routine, which is why I love Sisterly. Founded by three women, it puts everything you need into one daily sachet that you simply mix with water. It’s a game changer!
Favourite Bakery
Layla Bakery in Acton is our new local bakery on Churchfield Road is a favourite. Great coffee, delicious pastries, and freshly baked bread.
Favourite Podcast
On Being with Krista Tippett is one of my favourite podcasts, especially for long drives. The archive stretches back more than 20 years and features thoughtful conversations with people such as Mary Oliver, Thích Nhat Hanh and Desmond Tutu. I always come away having learned something new or seeing the world a little differently.
Favourite Radio Station
I grew up in a house filled with music from the 1950s and 60s, so listening to Boom Radio feels wonderfully nostalgic. It reminds me of family, and it’s the soundtrack of my childhood, while still introducing me to songs and stories I'd never heard before.
