Method
Cook your pasta and reserve a cup of the pasta water.
Heat a good glug of olive oil in a pan and add the garlic chilli and lemon zest, saute for a min or so then add your asparagus, shake the pan and cook for a minute. Add the pasta back in then follow with the lemon juice, pasta water and Parmesan and toss till the pasta is nicely coated. Season and add a handful of basil. Serve in warm bowls.
